As mums we often pack our kids snacks when we go out, but we forget to pack some for ourselves, which means when hunger strikes we often grab whatever we can find.

Finding quick and healthy snack ideas that we can make, instead of resorting to whatever we can find, or snacking on toddler snacks can be tricky, as many snacks require baking, or many ingredients, and as busy mums we don’t have time for that.

So after some research, I’ve found some quick and healthy snack ideas for mums that require little to no prep, and can even be found in many different supermarkets.
