There’s something therapeutic about getting all of your mental clutter out of your brain and onto a list, and when life gets overwhelming lists are a great way to ease some of the overwhelm and reduce your stress levels.

I find that the best way for me to get through feelings of overwhelm is to take some time out to write everything down that I need to do, no matter how big or small these things may be.

Just the act of taking action and turning these thoughts into lists makes me feel instantly better and less stressed.

If you’re currently feeling overwhelmed, or you’re just feeling like you have so many things to do but can’t seem to get started on anything, then here are 20 lists that you can make to feel better about all the things you have going on in your life, and finally start to work towards getting them done.
